Rebecca Ford has worked for the Environmental Services Contract for more than ten and half years. The first part of her career was primarily focused on water quality programs, but her dossier has also included laboratory analyses, environmental liability, remediation, and natural resources projects. She has served as the Program Manager for the Environmental Services Contract for almost four years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a concentration in Zoology from Towson University. She earned her Project Management Professional status from the Project Management Institute in 2014.
