Erica L. Erdman is in her 11th year as a Regional Compliance Safety Supervisor for Maryland Occupational Safety and Health. Erica began her professional career at State Highway Administration in Hanover, Maryland then moved on to Maryland Aviation Administration in the office of the Fire Marshal at BWI Airport. Erica has worked for the State of Maryland for a total of 18 years and has work at Maryland Occupational Safety and Health for 11 years. During her time at Maryland Occupational Safety and Health she has performed many functions, which include fatality/accident investigations as well as training and speaking duties for the organization. Erica currently resides in Northeast Baltimore County.
