Michael Bullinger has been working in 540.5 as a contractor for the past ten years as both a test engineer and a facility engineer, ensuring that the test in building 7’s thermal vacuum chambers. He has been working with hi-pressure (up to 60K psi), and vacuum systems (1 X 10-10Torr) since 1982 at the University of Maryland, and Orbital Sciences Corporation.
