Frank has a degree in Fire Safety Engineering Technology, is a Certified Safety Professional and has been in the safety field for over 10 years. He started at Goddard in 2005 as a contractor and transitioned to civil service in 2010. In 2014 he became the Code 500 Safety Manager.
