Lori Levine is the Water Quality and Oil Operations Program Manager in the Code 250 Medical and Environmental Management Division. She graduated from the University of Maryland University College with a Master of Science in Environmental Management. She has worked in the environmental field for 14 years managing the stormwater, sanitary sewer system, and oil storage tanks permitted programs.
