Rich Phiboonphanuvat is a NASA Counterintelligence (CI) Special Agent and has been assigned to GSFC since late-2014. NASA CI is a defensive program focused on protecting NASA from hostile foreign actors (intelligence services, terrorists, etc.) In fulfillment of that mission Rich spends his time at GSFC providing CI awareness briefings, briefing and debriefing NASA travelers, and speaking with those escorting foreign national employees and visitors as well as coordination with the U.S. Intelligence Community.
