Becky Pike is the Quality Engineering Branch Chief, Code 373, in the Safety and Mission Assurance Directorate. She is working to bring Quality Engineering skills to GSFC that will ensure proper design, ultimately reducing the errors found during inspection and test. Becky has been in this role since Sep 2017. Previously, Becky was the Quality Engineering Manager for the SMAS contract, that supplies SMA services to Code 300. She has also worked at OATK, Dulles as a Flight Assurance Manager on the GEO-Star line and propulsion engineer. Becky started her career working mission operations for AQUA and AURA, here at GSFC. Becky holds a BS Aerospace Engineering with Math and Physics minors from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, MS in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering with Propulsion and Attitude Control foci. She has recently obtained her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from GSFC.
